Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at InterSources, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, consolidating, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Your primary focus will be on developing an end-to-end data table in Google Sheets, integrating data from multiple systems, and creating a comprehensive Tableau dashboard that connects to the Google Sheet, offering real-time visual representations of key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  2. Utilize Google Sheets to create an end-to-end table that provides a holistic view of the data.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide necessary insights and recommendations.
  4. Develop and maintain a Tableau dashboard that connects to the Google Sheet, offering real-time visual representations of key metrics.
  5. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  7. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
Requirements:
  1. Proficient in Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate data and create end-to-end tables.
  2. Strong knowledge of Tableau / Google Studio or other data visualization tools to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Alteryx knowledge is a plus but not necessary at this stage.
