Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Describe and advise on wine selection
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
