Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible serving environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
