Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Yellow Belly Brewery. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of our brewery facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of brewery facilities, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
