Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a recycling truck to collect recyclable materials from designated locations.
  • Ensure all materials are properly sorted and loaded onto the truck.
  • Transport recyclable materials to processing facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck.
Requirements:
  • DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
Work Environment:

This is a seasonal position with a variable schedule. The work environment is outdoors, and the driver will be exposed to various weather conditions.
