The Benlolo Family is seeking a highly skilled and caring Home Childcare Provider to join their team. This is a temporary position that requires the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to infants and children in a safe and healthy environment. This includes changing diapers, sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and organizing activities such as games and outings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be physically demanding, and have attention to detail. They must also be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment, supervise and care for children, and take them to and from school and appointments.

This role requires a First Aid Certificate, Child Abuse Registry check, Child welfare check, Criminal record check, Drug test, Medical exam, and Basic security clearance. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
