The Field Support Specialist role at Antech Diagnostics is a vital position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and communication abilities. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers in the installation, training, and maintenance of Antech Diagnostics' products and services.

  • Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Coordinating and performing installations of Antech Diagnostics' products and services at customer sites.
  • Providing comprehensive training to customers on the use and maintenance of Antech Diagnostics' products and services.
  • Offering ongoing technical support and assistance to customers to ensure they are able to maximize the benefits of Antech Diagnostics' products and services.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with Antech Diagnostics' products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in the veterinary diagnostic industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Work Environment

This is a field-based position that requires extensive travel, with frequent visits to customer sites and overnight stays. The associate will be required to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
