Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and freshness
  • Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
