Job Description
As a Merchandising Associate Professional, you will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products following detailed planograms, and ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized. You will also be required to build, modify, and dismantle product displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
You will ensure that clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase. Additionally, you will install eye-catching signage and perform other merchandising services as required by clients. You will also utilize advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be reliable, take pride in your work, and have strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps. You should also possess a self-starter mindset, thrive under pressure and ambiguity, and maintain a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are essential for this position. You should be familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting and be able to read and execute planograms.
