At DGI Supply, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of warehouse operational functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and staging, within the guidelines of the facility.
  • Accurately perform product repackaging of orders daily.
  • Demonstrate basic material handling, packaging, and warehouse equipment skills.
  • Deliver product to customers' specifications in a safe and courteous manner, treating customers with respect as a representative of the company.
  • Load and unload product properly on DGI vehicles.
  • Ensure DGI vehicles are clean and tidy by the end of each business day.
  • Take inventory, document, and invoice orders and product movement.
  • Count, compare, check, and inspect quantities of materials and product in support of order fulfillment and distribution of company goods in the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product.
  • Coordinate with management to set up delivery schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Report to the Warehouse Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years' experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to deliver product to customer sites.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established distribution metrics and standards.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction.
  • Basic data entry using ERP systems; MS Office experience a plus.
  • Motivated and takes initiative.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Passionate, adaptable, customer-focused, and teamwork-oriented.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Pay rate is $18 - $20 / hour.
