Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits and a pension plan.

Job Description

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketing support services for our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing annual marketing plans to grow our brand, aligned with our overall strategy and values;
  • Coordinating, implementing, and analyzing results of promotional materials, sales presentations, coupon programs, and in-store consumer promotions/contests;
  • Analyzing market trend data (Nielsen), competitors, retailers, and internal sales data to provide recommendations to cross-functional teams;
  • Representing our brand at customer sales meetings and providing marketing expertise as required;
  • Completing monthly P&L trackers with commentary and utilizing insights to determine next steps and course correction actions;
  • Supporting special events by adding value to marketing objectives assigned to each event;
  • Fielding sponsorship requests and questions, and leading the sponsorship strategy for our brand;
  • Planning and executing in-store promotions, retail merchandising, and other key customer programs;
  • Monitoring and tracking spending on all projects, issuing POs, coding invoices, and tracking budget spend by period;
  • Working with the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute social media strategies for our brand;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods brand;
  • A college diploma or university degree in marketing;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others and negotiate effectively;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AC Nielsen;
  • The ability to travel approximately 3-4 times a year for customer presentations or regional research.
