Regional Distribution Operations Manager

Solventum is a leading company in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Distribution Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the planning, organization, and operations of our Canada Distribution Centers. As a Regional Distribution Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing 3PL services, ensuring smooth business processes, and identifying and managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PL services, aligning strategies with the corporate Network Strategy.
- Ensure that requirements and business processes associated with the 3PL provider function smoothly.
- Manage the overall planning, organization, and operations of Canada Distribution Centers with selected 3PL.
- Oversee all 3PL distribution functions, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Manage the 3PL account relationship associated with the region or distribution centers and be accountable for the budget associated with the logistics operations of the sites.

Requirements:
