We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, scheduling, and clerical services to our Site Manager and Leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate in Secretarial/ Administrative Assistant, one year of scheduling experience preferably in the Health Care industry, and two years of secretarial/administrative experience required (In supportive living environment preferred). They should also possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and desktop publishing programs, as well as experience working with seniors.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing scheduling, administrative assistance, and clerical services to the Site Manager and Leadership team
- Providing receptionist duties while working at the front desk
- Other duties as requested
You will work closely with our Site Manager to receive and respond to inquiries, and contribute to a caring and compassionate environment for our residents.
