As a Corporate Trainer with Boston Pizza International, you will play a vital role in building our brand by supporting new restaurant openings across Canada. You will be responsible for providing hands-on training to our Franchisees, General Managers, and Kitchen Managers through our Hospitality Leadership Training program.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure that our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Work closely with our Senior Training Manager and Lead Corporate Trainers to develop and implement training programs, tools, and resources.
  • Support franchisees in achieving business goals and operating world-class restaurants through standardized corporate training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to training programs and restaurant performance.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role at a casual dining restaurant. You should also possess excellent training and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.



In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
