Senior Marketing Manager

At Accoravillage, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Manage and prioritize marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice on matters of growth, innovation, efficiency, and operations to the CMO and marketing leadership team.
- Manage communications with internal stakeholders and identify areas for improvement within the marketing team.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, Chief of Staff, marketing strategy, operations, project management, enterprise analytics, and/or corporate finance.
- Proven experience in managing a team and effectively communicating executive-level narratives.
- Solid business acuity, professionalism, and integrity.
- Experience preparing materials for executive-level strategic decision-making forums.
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
