Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Proplus Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications to meet project requirements.
  • Supervise architectural technical staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Write specifications and technical reports to communicate project details.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure project feasibility.
  • Construct architectural and display models to visualize project designs.
  • Assist in design development to ensure project meets client requirements.
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to communicate project details.
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed project designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 32.5 hours per week.
