Job Summary
The Sales and Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Operations Management: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
