Job Summary:

Hallcon Crew Transport is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Railway Crew Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting railway personnel to major railways throughout Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport railway personnel on-time and safely to ensure freight movement coast to coast.
• Meet the demands of on-demand work, including nights and weekends.
• Participate in a yearly safety bonus program (must meet standards).
• Ensure a minimum of 5 days of availability for work.
• Consider part-time availability for flexible scheduling.

Requirements:

• Current Driver's Abstract.
• Criminal background check will be conducted at company expense.
• 21 years or older (for insurance purposes).
• Minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Must have a Class G drivers license (or any other class that is equivalent).

Benefits:

• $19.06/hour on-demand work rate.
• $1.00/hour premium for nights and weekends.
• $100 a day minimum pay.
