Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Bolt Fitness is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing our marketing campaigns, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

Working Conditions:
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
