Kitchen Staff Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Kitchen Staff at The Fun Factory Saskatoon Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including packaging take-out food, portioning and wrapping foods, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, receiving and storing supplies, and removing garbage and trash.
Key Responsibilities- Packaging and Food Preparation: Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods as required.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
- Housekeeping: Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Fruit and Vegetable Preparation: Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit as required.
This position requires an individual who can work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods. Flexibility is also essential in this role.
Personal Suitability- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with 40 hours worked per week.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package to our employees, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
