Lead Implementation Specialist

At ADP, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation organization, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant Time system configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in payroll implementation or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent client management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,300 - $110,500 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings.
