About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at KRUNAL PATEL APOTHECARY LTD. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Client Information Management: Enter client information into our databases, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Provide assistance to our pharmacists, helping with tasks such as preparing medications, maintaining inventories, and cleaning equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medications, pharmaceutical products, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, workflow, and other administrative tasks, ensuring that the pharmacy runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
