**Job Description:**

The Clinical Educator is a key member of our team, responsible for promoting resident-centered care through education and support. This role requires a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Promote service excellence through coordinating clinical education programs and policies
  • Develop and implement education records, statistics, evaluations, and reports
  • Demonstrate the vision and values of Bethany Care Society and live out the mission of creating caring communities

**Requirements:**

  • Graduated from an accredited Nursing School with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Clinical Education, with Palliative Care Education as an asset
  • Degree or Certificate in Adult Education would be considered an asset
  • Gerontology Nursing Experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience with technology and learning an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Benefits and Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
