About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at EUFT DINGENUS WESTDORP. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as walking and conversation.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Work in the employer's/client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Security and Safety: Medical exam required.
