Job Title: Senior Cook

Sam's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our culinary team. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic kitchen environment
