We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Alma Veterinary Hospital in Windsor. As a Director of Veterinary Services, you will play a key role in shaping the hospital's ongoing success and leading a fantastic team of veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinary surgeons and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the hospital's management team to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of the hospital's clinical and business policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A competitive salary up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus and relocation allowance.

Alma Veterinary Hospital is a fully equipped first opinion practice located in the heart of Windsor. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and a high standard of client service. Our hospital is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including endoscopy, videoscope, bronchoscopy, and orthopaedic equipment.
We have a wonderful team of 7 veterinary surgeons, 10 nurses, and 5 support staff, who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to our patients. We are proud to be the only practice within a 15-mile radius able to offer laparoscopic surgery to our patients.
