Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Alma Veterinary Hospital in Windsor. As a Director of Veterinary Services, you will play a key role in shaping the hospital's ongoing success and leading a fantastic team of veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of veterinary surgeons and nurses to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the hospital's management team to drive business growth and development
- Contribute to the development of the hospital's clinical and business strategy
- Provide mentorship and support to junior veterinary staff
- A competitive salary up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus up to £5,000 Welcome Bonus and up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance

- RCVS or equivalent veterinary qualification
