We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham, Estevan. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all guests are checked in and out smoothly.
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations as needed, always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area, to our guests.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to our guests and colleagues.
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring they start their day on a positive note.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Will train, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
