About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at FOOD FACTORY KITCHEN & CATERING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective event execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
