We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Dust Details Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating various office activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and timely arrangements.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Develop and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity.
- Schedule appointments and confirm details to ensure minimal disruptions.
- Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to support decision-making.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and manage procurement processes.
- Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to essential documents.
- Type, proofread, and disseminate correspondence, forms, and other critical documents in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating tasks to meet objectives.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Competitive salary: $45,000 per year.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
