We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Paralegals to join our Mortgage Enforcement Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents, including demand letters, notices of sale, statements of claim, default judgments, motion records, etc.
  • Service and filing of court documents through court portals or as otherwise required
  • Daily file management through all stages of the legal process
  • Working with various programs, including Case Master Pro, ACL, PC Law, and client systems
  • Communicating with clients and opposing parties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a related practice area is preferred
  • College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong ability to build productive relationships
  • Strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
