Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1273129 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Ensure visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of merchandising standards.
- Operations and Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing cash handling, and maintaining store records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
