Retail Store Manager

FasGas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
FasGas is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.
