About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader to join our team at Peel Driving School. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a efficient and effective work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess a permanent position, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Proficient in English language.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
