In this role, you will also be responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and managing kitchen operations. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have attention to detail.
