We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to join our team at ROSS. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our client's solutions remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 2-5 years proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing role.
  • Experience selling and a deep understanding of software and technology.
  • Track record of developing greenfield territories.
  • A results-oriented self-starter.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and WebEx.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services and/or Insurance markets is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM is beneficial.
