Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods, and ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
