Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
- Cost Control: Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing initiatives, including promoting products, services, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Our store is located in a rural area, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
