Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives, including promoting our products and services to customers and developing strategies to increase sales.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
