About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Sunny Town Learn and Play Childcare. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare program and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that foster a love of learning, such as storytelling, singing, and exploring local attractions.
  • Support educators in maintaining accurate records and observing children to identify potential learning or behavioral challenges.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children.
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours.
