Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Yard Coordinator / Labourer at our Bolton branch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and organization of our equipment and warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance tasks, including washing and cleaning equipment.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including racking and storage areas.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
  • Inspect equipment for damage and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in the testing and servicing of climate control equipment and accessories.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use cellphone applications.
  • Forklift experience and mechanical aptitude are assets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organization skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
