Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High-End Measuring Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach
  • Analyze sales results and customer data to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, regional managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers on high-end measuring products
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights on new product launches
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
  • Visit construction sites to demonstrate our products and build relationships with customers
  • Support the launch of new products and services by developing targeted marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, such as business, economics, civil engineering, or surveying
  • 4-6 years of successful outside direct sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with commercial construction processes and technologies, including BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-selling techniques
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to relocate to assigned geography required for this role
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
