AI Product Manager

We're looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-powered products that transform industries. As an AI Product Manager at Unreal Gigs, you'll work at the intersection of AI technology and product development, collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to bring AI-based products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the product vision for AI-driven solutions, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • AI Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration.
  • Translate AI Capabilities into User Benefits: Bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and end-user needs by translating technical capabilities into clear product benefits.
  • Market Research and User Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI-powered innovation.
  • Oversee Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategies: Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Monitor and Optimize Product Performance: Continuously monitor product performance, gathering data to understand how users interact with AI features.

Requirements:

  • Ai and Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of taking AI or data-driven products from concept to launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and user feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Customer Focus: Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to drive product innovation.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience: In product management, with hands-on experience managing AI or machine learning products.
