About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Process Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and facilitate training sessions to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process deviations and quality issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement role
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
