About the Dining Room Server Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Oceana PARC team in White Rock as a Dining Room Server. As a core member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for residents and guests.
  • Serve meals with attention to detail, following proper food-handling procedures and accommodating special dietary needs or preferences.
  • Provide room service and clean and set up the dining room between meals, washing dishes as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong attention to detail. You should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations quickly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Food Safe I, Serving it Right, and WHMIS certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents and guests.
