Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Best Western Mountainview Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
