Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment for our clients.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Security Guard License
  • Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is French.
