SUNSET GRILL ALL DAY BREAKFAST RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
- Perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
