Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HIGHEND CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
