Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package that includes an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This remuneration reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead projects within our reclamation and remediation practice area. As a key member of our team, you will provide organized leadership, coordination, and technical guidance to staff supporting your projects and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinating with office and field staff to scope projects, execute work, track budgets, deliver reports, and communicate updates to clients.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to staff members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A diploma or degree in science or engineering with an environmental focus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the environmental sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
